The ATH-ANC300TW are in-ear style earbuds, which, according to the company, offer a comfortable fit along with improved performance and noise-canceling. These earbuds feature the 5.8 mm drivers with DLC (diamond-like carbon) coated diaphragms to offer a full-range audio reproduction over Bluetooth. As already mentioned, the earbuds come with what the company calls, digital hybrid noise-canceling technology, which essentially works by using two microphones in each earbud to pick up nearby noise and feed it through the digital noise-canceling processor. Besides this, the earbuds come with IPX2 water-resistance and claim to offer 4.5 hours of battery on a single charge, with 13.5 hours of additional power available via the included case. Talking about features, the ATH-ANC300TW earbuds come with multifunction buttons that allow for easy and quick access to music playback, calls, etc, in addition to the quick hear-through function that offers the ability to listen to outside noise whenever required. The noise-canceling feature on the earbuds offers three different modes: Airplane — targeting low-frequency noise, On-the-go — suppressing street noise, and Office/Study — dealing with noise in quiet environments.
Among other things, the earbuds come with support for aptX and AAC codecs — which is a plus for all those audiophiles out there — and also features Qualcomm’s TrueWireless Stereo Plus functionality that allows users (with the supported smartphone) to listen to the latest releases with no audio disruption.
