Google Pixel 4 / Pixel 4 XL: Design and Display
The Pixel 4 comes in three new colors: white, black, and a limited-edition orange option. In the top bezel area of the Pixel 4, Google has housed a number of sensors that enable a new feature called Motion Sense, which allows the phones to be controlled with hand gestures. This is done with the help of Project Soli technology which we have covered in detail earlier. Do note that Motion Sense won’t be available in some countries due to regulatory issues. Towards the front, the Pixel 4 flaunts a 5.7-inch Full HD+ OLED display, whereas, the bigger of the two, the 4 XL, has a bigger 6.3-inch Quad HD+ OLED display. Despite a change in the screen dimensions, the two phones share the same 90Hz display, which Google refers to as ‘Smooth Display’.
Google Pixel 4 / Pixel 4 XL: Performance
Talking about the core aspects, the Pixel 4 / 4XL both come with a Snapdragon 855 processor running at their core, paired with 6GB of RAM and 64GB/128GB of internal storage. To keep everything running, the Pixel 4 has a 2800mAh battery, which is comparatively smaller than the 3700mAh on the 4 XL. Google calls it ‘Adaptive Battery’, which just as it sounds, learns from your usage and determines the apps that you use frequently and the ones that you don’t. Based on this, it reduces the power consumption to the apps that you use rarely. The battery on both devices comes with 18W fast charging and supports Qi wireless charging. On the software front, the Pixel 4 / 4 XL both run on the newest version of Android, Android 10, with at least 3 years of promised security and OS updates. Further, the phones come equipped with Quick Gestures that utilizes the Soli Chip to allow users to control their devices without having to touch them.
Google Pixel 4 / Pixel 4 XL: Camera
It is pretty evident by now that one of the USPs of Pixel devices is the camera. Be it the Pixel 3, launched last year, or the Pixel 3a, which is a relatively new smartphone and claimed to be an affordable offering from the company, the camera on these devices is by far one of the best on a smartphone. Both, the Pixel 4 / 4 XL, sport a dual-camera setup on the rear, which includes a 12MP primary sensor with f/1.7 aperture and a 16MP telephoto lens with f/2.4 aperture. The camera allows for up to 4K video shooting capabilities. On the front, the phones include an 8MP front-facing camera for selfies and Face Unlock. Unlike the rear camera, which supports up to 4K video recording, the camera on the front is restricted to only 1080p video shooting capabilities.

Here is a detailed explanation of the same. Update: Here is the official statement from Google about Pixel 4 in India We decided not to make Pixel 4 available in India.
