The leaked specifications come from 9To5Google, which claims to have access to the official specs sheet for both the devices. Here’s what the specs sheet suggests–

What’s interesting to note with these specifications, besides the Snapdragon 855 processor and a 90Hz display, is the presence of ‘Pixel Neural Core’. However, as of now, we are not sure what it is, but, based on 9to5Google’s article, it seems like the Pixel Neural Core is a replacement for the dedicated image processing chip found on the Pixel 3, which is called the ‘Pixel Visual Core’. Alongside the alleged specifications, we are also given an idea of what will be included in the Pixel 4 box (in the US). According to the image from 9To5Google, the box will include a 1 meter-long USB-C to USB-C cable, an 18W USB-C charger, a Quick Switch adapter, a SIM tool, and the Quick Start guide. If the leaked box content details are to be believed, the Pixel 4 will come without a USB-C headphone adapter or USB-C earphones, unlike the Pixel 3, which had both bundled in the box. In the same vein, it appears like some of the alleged specifications mentioned in this article could actually make their way on the new phones. However, it won’t be until October 15 that we know what the phones are packing under the hood. Source: 9To5Google
