Motorola is simply lending its brand name to Flipkart which is designing, manufacturing and marketing the TV. For the uninitiated, Flipkart already has its homegrown brand for electronic appliances called Marq which will continue to exist alongside Motorola TV.
Design and Display
The Motorola smart TVs come in a wide range of screen sizes and screen resolutions. Starting with the entry-level 32-inch HDR model to the 43-inch model available in both FHD and UHD to the 50-inch, 55-inch, and 65-inch models available in UHD resolutions. Talking about the display, Motorola says the TVs features an IPS panel and comes with the autotuneX display technology and offers 178-degree viewing angle, HDR 10, and Dolby Vision.
Performance
At its core, the TV comes with a 1.1GHz octa-core processor with triple-core Mali 450 GPU, paired with 2.25GB RAM and 16GB of onboard storage. It is powered by the company’s MEMC technology which helps in processing better graphics while gaming and viewing high-motion graphics, and runs on Android 9. For audio, the TV includes 30W front-firing speakers that come with dts TruSound and Dolby Audio for an enhanced audio experience.
Motorola says the MEMC technology helps the TV in better graphics reproduction and reduces the blur during high-motion content, which makes it ideal for gaming and consuming action videos/movies. To showcase this, it also showed a quick gaming demo, and said, the TVs will come with a bundled gamepad.
