The new postpaid plan offers unlimited voice calling, 25GB of monthly data, and the rate for international calling is priced at Rs. 50 paise per minute for the United States and Canada. Jio says there are also no overage charges and the subscriber can even enable automatic monthly payments by linking a payment platform.

You will be charged based on your individual usage — Rs. 2 per min for voice, Rs 2 per MB for data, and Rs 2 per SMS. In addition to that, you can also opt for unlimited services which start at Rs. 575 for a day. There’s also no need for any security deposit. The idea basically is to have a network which continues to function irrespective of which country you are in. There are two other combo plans as well — Rs 2,875 for seven days and Rs 5,751 for a month. Apart from the monthly plan which has a total high-speed cap of 5GB, the others come with a 250MB limit every day. Post that, your bandwidth will be reduced to 64Kbps.
